Make only one change to the following equation
b=10
in order to obatin as solution
b=\{2,3,4,5,6,7,\dots\}
Solution:
b=10_b
Because 10_b = 1\cdot b^1 + 0\cdot b^0 = b.
Obviously b must be a valid base, so a positive integer. But we must discard b=1 since 0 is not an allowed symbol in base 1.
